Starbucks CM Los Cabos

Wanted to review this store because I know they aren’t upholding a couple of Starbucks brand values of consistency and quality. They had the pumpkin cold foam cold brew advertised on their screen but could not figure out how to make cold foam. I even tried to help them by telling them the recipe for the sweet cream that makes the cold foam and they still were just blending whole milk and unable to produce foam. They were nice enough to try to make my drink again but they just kept telling me it’s “different here” which I know is not true. I don’t think they are properly trained on beverage recipes which is why customers visit Starbucks all over the world - consistency.

Small Starbucks with friendly staff and very clean. They were very quick to make drinks and offer a lot more variety than Starbucks locations in USA/Canada and you can substitute soy/almond/coconut milk in any drink for no charge. Prices are fair but proportional to those in USA

I was waiting in line for a long time, then a white man cuts in front of me guess he thought I worked there In my sundress and hat (I am a short Latina) after I told the man I was next, because I was in line the lady behind the counter looked startled, but took his order anyway. I simply walked out, got to go high when they go low. Talk to your employees about equity Starbucks, I thought you were better than this.

Terrible experience. Ordered 2 cold brews and 2 hot breakfast items. Coffees came out in 5min but food took over 45 minutes and we received the wrong order. We were pretty patient considering we were on vacation but waiting over 45 minutes for the wrong food order made for a very unhappy and frustrating experience, terrible start to our day. Definitely not returning.

I have been here almost daily. The staff are friendly, able to understand me and make good drinks.
